it had been a wild week. choc cupcake as wedding favors. only malaysians know the average number of guests for malay weddings. imagine trying to get the cakes done and we have to ensure that the cakes are still 'fresh'. say NO to stale cakes! boooooo.....



yup! we work till late nights/ early morn to ensure its 'freshness'. thank you for all the compliments! it was all worth it:)



while waiting for the last batch (thank goodness) then only we had the time to snap the picture of this precious moment. the time when the wonderful smell filled the house and started making our stomach rumbles.

hectic week it is! yes, IS because it is still going on. that explains the 'screaming' title. we tried several new projects this time of the month and so far things are going grrrrreat! yippeeeeee!!!!

our first wedding cake! a 3 tier cake, with red velvet+cream cheese frosting on top, choc cake with choc ganache in the middle and vanilla cake+ custard with fruit cocktails filling at the bottom. over and all the cake weights approximately 5 kg.

total price : RM250. :)

it is 2 tier chocolate cake with 2 layers for each tier.

a mickey mouse head that is full of chocolate underneath. what could be more fun?

even those imagineers can't beat this! but....

to tell the truth they actually did *rolled eyes* like hellloooooooo??? how can anyone beat disneyland? the happiest place on earth? haven't been there? you should!

owh.. the cake is 2.5kg in total. the actual ears are made of fondant but they broke during delivery time... soooo had to replace it with cardboard instead. sorry mrs S.
