forgoing the traditional cake

She may no longer be celebrating her sweet 16. But she rolled out the red carpet to welcome the even sweeter 23rd birthday with this super sugary sweet PAVLOVA. We tried and successed in this custom hand drawn 2 and 3 number with a gallop of whipped cream and a heap of strawberries.

p/s: the topping of fruits may vary according to availability. But I solemnly pledge to never use pickled fruits of any sort ;p
